We need leaders...not bosses..!

This is an all-pervading phenomenon these days in the corporate culture. The reasons can be many.

But the root cause is our managers nowadays are more inclined to become bosses not leaders.

CEOs must graduate to become leaders and lead by example. And you cant lead anyone further than you have gone yourself.

Unless and until that happens our managers cannot inspire their subordinates to aspire to be like them.

Because bosses will always create more subordinates, while leaders will create more leaders.

The bottomline is management is nothing but motivating others to reach levels which are unheard and unimaginable to them.

And our managers must stop saying " do " and start saying " lets do".”
