New Challenge Every Business Week

I woke up at 2a.m. with this wild and crazy idea. 

Each week I'll give a challenge, you can accept, or pass. If you accept, you must complete the challenge in 7 days. If you pass, you must answer a very personal question in front of God and the rest of us :)

I can see some of you are real brave... others a little scared. 

O.K. let me relieve some of you. 

Each challenge won't be impossible to do... but it will be outside your comfort zone and doable. 

However, we'll all be doing these together and yes we'll all be giving and receiving feedback from each other. 

Here's an example. 

The first challenge may sound a little easy: Decide What Is Important :1-Renew mission

That's pretty simple. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense until week two. Next challenge may be little harder "Ensure that every one understands and share the same values".

As with any weight lifting program, in order to build new muscle, the first 3-4 challenges will be a breeze until we work ourway up but the results will be a lot more measurable than just seeing some newbreak through. 

Now you'll start see how simple this is. Each stepseems simple but it's application most all of us fail at. You'll be blown away at the results and become more consistent because we'll all be watching... we'll all be watching to make sure the challenge is completed eachweek... again with feedback. You slide?

Now if you are happy with your businessresults.... or you don't think you can do 1 challenge per week  for the next weeks... go ahead a keep doingwhat you're doing. You deservethe results you're getting.

So you really only have to make one commitment and that's "count me in Business Excellence Challenge " because you can weenieout later. And hey, I might just be full of it and all this stuff won'twork.... and I'll have more egg on my face than Ronald McDonald at an egg McMuffin eating contest and everyone can expose me for the fraud they think I am.

But I only have one question for you. 

What if I'm right? What if this consistent action takes you to the next level? What if you start to see real results in your process quality …  in your sales...on your customer list... in your sales revenue? 

Ok. That's three questions. Sue me.

You have to trust me on this one. (I know... trust is not a real strong suit in today's world)

5-Innovate purposefully - Brainstorm - ROI - steps problem solving - Champion your ideas - Recognize contributions

6-Stepback : - Review external - Review internal - SWOT analysis - Review individuals

7-Puting it all together .
