Error is not caused by operator directly,but the system which facilitate the operator do the job properly.

So..this is not punishment makes the operator work without error. Punishment just make the operator depressed..instead of punishment, reward is better for the achievement.

It means that if you want to activate any punishment, make sure you have trained the operator properly.
