I've taken up the challenge of introducing a Quality Program for a non-profit agency serving the homeless in my spare time.

Need all the help and suggestions I can get!

 Quality Program for a non profit organization

Dear Dianne R

Your Quality Program apart from your basic mision , vision must include and influence (change) your Strategy and Operational Programm.

You will need a special approach for non profit with certain chapters on its Work, HR,resources, etc.

To start you will need a ten to twelve actions one after an other or some with parallel development.

Of course, as you already probably know you will need time.

I estimate from my experience this first program to be impemented in a 12 months period.
